Join the AAAS Facebook group

If you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so before being redirected to our group.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you will need to create a new account to see the group. There is a screen capture of the group at the bottom of the page, in case you are curious what it looks like. At the group, you can see the photos of other people who are members of the AAAS Facebook page. This includes dues-paying members and people who are not members of AAAS but are interested in science. The page also has a discussion forum and a "wall" where you can post comments, like in a guest book. There is also a calendar of upcoming events that AAAS is either hosting or sponsoring. Also, you can upload photos to share with the group.

What is Facebook?
According to Facebook's Web site, "Facebook is a social utility that connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around them. People use Facebook to keep up with friends, upload an unlimited number of photos, share links and videos, and learn more about the people they meet." Read more of Facebook's description. Read the Wikipedia entry.
