Barrier-Free Environment
Accommodations for persons with disabilities will be provided on request at all general lectures and sessions. Services include interpreters or real-time captioning for persons who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, audiotaped highlights, and mobility assistance within and outside the conference facilities.
At the meeting there is a Disabilities Resource Room that provides information about event locations, accessibility, transportation, program materials in alternate form, and any events scheduled for oral or sign language interpretation.
