Below are discounts for AAAS attendees to consider when making travel arrangements to the AAAS Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.

Air Travel

Enter the promotional code in the promotional code box under the “book flights” tab or “enter passenger data” tab while making your reservation. Discount will automatically be calculated.

Reservations may also be made by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk toll free at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, 5:00 a.m. to midnight Central Time, seven days a week. There is a reservation service fee, currently $20, for tickets issued through this desk.

Discounts are available on American Airlines, American Eagle, American Connection, and all Oneworld Alliance carriers as long as one segment is on American. This discount applies to both domestic and international travel. It does not apply in conjunction with other discounts.

Delta Air Lines

Reservations may also be made by calling Delta Air Lines at 1-800-328-1111 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, seven days a week.

Delta is offering AAAS attendees 5 to 7% discounts for full, non-restricted fares, and 2 to 5% on discounted, restricted fares. Discounts are applicable to base fares greater than $120 each way. Round-trip travel is required.

Contract not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons, or promotional offers. Not all fares are eligible for use with this contract (see above for minimum requirement for one-way published base fare).
