The Olympiad of Science
Vancouver is a dynamic, multicultural city set in a spectacular natural environment. It is one of the top 10 meeting and convention destinations, one of the world’s most livable cities, and was the proud host of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. In 2012 it hosts the Olympiad of Science. Take this early opportunity to select or design your sponsorship and secure your exhibit space. Please note that 100 square feet equals 9 square meters.

The following promotional benefits are included with your exhibit space:
AAAS Program Book and CD: Description and listing in a perfect-bound book distributed to all attendees and exhibitors onsite and used year-round as a reference tool.
Pocket Guide: Listings of company names and booth numbers, given to all attendees.
Organization Promotion: Exhibitor recognition in selected issues of the AAAS journal Science.
Full-Passport Registration: One passport per 10' x 10' booth (to attend all scientific sessions, symposia, plenary and topical lectures, and open receptions).
Exhibitor Badges: Up to 8 entrance badges to the exhibit hall for booth staffing.
