Barrier-Free Environment
Accommodations for persons with disabilities will be provided on request at all general lectures and sessions. Services include interpreters or real-time captioning, audiotaped highlights, and mobility assistance within and outside the conference facilities.
At the meeting, there is a Disabilities Resource Room that provides information about event locations, accessibility, transportation, program materials in alternate form, and any events scheduled for oral or sign language interpretation.
The Resource Room for Registrants with Disabilities will be located in the Vancouver Convention Center.
AAAS staff members are available to provide assistance during the following hours:
