Thousands of scientists, engineers, policymakers, educators, and journalists from some 50 nations met in Boston at the 179th AAAS Annual Meeting to explore a broad range of recent discoveries and looming global challenges. The AAAS Office of Public Programs provided news coverage, plus a sampling of Annual Meeting news from around the world.
