Sponsor/Exhibitor Workshops

Sponsors and exhibitors have an exclusive opportunity to promote products and programs in classroom or theater style hands-on workshops open to all meeting attendees.

These workshops, which draw strong attendance, have more than doubled in number in recent years, proving to be popular and valuable marketing tools.

$700 Workshop fee includes:

  • 100-person capacity meeting room
  • 60- or 90-minute time slot during most Exhibit Hall hours
  • LCD projector with stand and 8’ x 8’ screen, overhead projector, flip chart, laser pointer
