Traffic-Generating Features

A number of features designed to increase traffic flow are located within the Exhibit Hall.

• Exhibit Hall Reception: The opening reception mixes attendees and exhibitors in a relaxed evening of conversation and networking.

• Internet Access Center: The Center keeps attendees connected to home and office.

• The AAAS Café: Food concessions will be exclusively located in the Exhibit Hall.

• Snack Breaks: Snack and coffee breaks draw crowds throughout the meeting.

• Family Science Days: This Saturday and Sunday event brings attendees, families, and students to the Exhibit Hall for hands-on science activities and more that peak the interest of all age groups.

• Career Weekend: Workshops and a Career Resource Center provide job-seeking advice for young and senior scientists.

• Giveaways: Special drawings bring attendees to the Exhibit Hall and offer co-sponsors an effective way to attract traffic to individual booths.

• Posters: Graphics displayed at sessions held in the Exhibit Hall encourage attendees to view the entire hall, including your booth.
