Tutorial on Microarray Gene Expression
Data

Monday, 21 February 2005
9:45AM5:00PM

Investigators are relying on microarrays for everything
from the most basic research into gene expression to
evaluations of anticancer drug toxicity. However, the
analyses can be full of pitfalls for the unwary. This
tutorial, in collaboration with the Microarray Gene
Expression Data Society, will fill in the gaps for you.
There will be talks on experimental design, quality
control and statistics as well as a hands-on session.
