For fast resolution of any problem related to your membership, Science or Science Online subscription, please contact a AAAS Member Services representative by phone at: 202-326-6417 or toll free in the United States at 866-434-2227 or e-mail us at membership@aaas.org.

When contacting us, please reference your eight-digit membership ID number which is located on your membership card and is also the first eight digits of the nine-digit number on your Science mailing label. For billing errors, please include a copy of your invoice, so that we can easily locate your membership record. Please allow three to four weeks for an adjustment to be made to your record.

Replacing Missing Issues

Science is mailed every Friday on the cover date from our printer in Waseca, MN. If you live in the continental United States, Science is mailed Second Class and delivery will take up to 10 days. Occasionally an issue is delayed or lost. If you miss an issue, please call or write us. We will be happy to either send you the missing issue or extend your membership to compensate for the missing issues.
