Judicial Seminars in Neuroscience to Continue for 8th Consecutive Year

AAAS has received funding from the Dana Foundation to host additional Judicial Seminars on Emerging issues in Neuroscience in 2014. Since its inception in 2006, 19 seminars have been convened in locations throughout the United States.

The seminars bring together leading experts in neuroscience with federal and state judges to discuss topics such as memory and deception, violence and the brain, the adolescent brain, and brain injury. Two seminars are planned for this year.
