More information on Francis Fukuyama

Born in Chicago, Francis Fukuyama received his B.A. from Cornell University in Classics and his Ph.D. from Harvard in Political Science. He has been a member of the Political Science Department of the RAND Corporation and is currently the Bernard L. Schwartz Professor of International Political Economy at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He has served on the State Department Policy Planning Staff and is also a member of the President's Council on Bioethics.
