AAAS Publishes Final Report on FY 2004 R&D in U.S. Congress

In cooperation with the Intersociety Working Group, AAAS has published online its annual report on final FY 2004 appropriations for R&D in the federal budget. This publication provides a wrap-up analysis of R&D in the President's budget for FY 2004, including major funding trends, a recap of the congressional budget process, and details on the final FY 2004 budgets of the major R&D funding agencies. An 11-page summary containing highlights from this book is available as a Preview Report.
