IEEE-USA - Partner Society of S&T Policy Fellowships
In order to be considered for the IEEE-USA Congressional, Engineering & Diplomacy (US Department of State), or Engineering & International Development (USAID) Fellowships, applicants must: Be U.S. citizens at the time of selection, be IEEE members in good standing at Member grade or higher, at the time of application, and possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years responsible experience in engineering or qualified science; a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of such experience in engineering or qualified science; or a Doctoral degree in engineering or qualified science. Applicants for the State Department and USAID fellowships must also possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to the beginning of the fellowship.
