About the Capacity Center: Staff
The AAAS Capacity Center provides a variety of competencies, including doing research on the STEM workforce, convening and supporting the community that seeks to broaden participation in STEM, helping organizations change and sustain their workforce; developing, managing, and evaluating programs applicable to the STEM workforce; and advocating for policies and organizational change that will help ensure a high quality 21st century STEM workforce.
