International Scientific Cooperation Award
CAIP administers the screening and selection process for the awarding of the AAAS Award for International Scientific Cooperation (ISC). Through this award, AAAS recognizes an individual or group for outstanding contributions to furthering international cooperation in science or engineering.
The Prize
The ISC award is presented each February at the AAAS Annual Meeting. A monetary prize of $5,000, a commemorative plaque, complimentary registration, and reimbursement for reasonable travel and hotel expenses to attend the AAAS annual meeting are given to the recipient.
