Sections and Divisions
AAAS offers 24 sections, covering the spectrum of scientific disciplines, so members can promote issues in a particular field. AAAS members may participate in association activities through four geographic divisions.

AAAS Awards
Each year, AAAS salutes scientists, engineers, public servants, and journalists for their outstanding contributions to scientific progress and the public’s understanding of science.
