Court Appointed Scientific Experts Project: A Demonstration Project of the AAAS

Richard Marshall, Ph.D.
Education Subcommittee
Richard Marshall is a social scientist who serves as Research Analyst for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before working at ATLA, he served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, teaching courses in public policy. He also taught constitutional law and civil liberties and served as pre-law advisor at Eastern Illinois University.
