Paul Rheingold, LL.B.
Advisory Committee

Paul D. Rheingold is a partner in Rheingold, Valet, Rheingold, Shkolnik & McCartney,LLP., a firm of trial lawyers in New York City.

He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in l958. He has served on steering committees and similar positions in such mass torts as Albuterol, L-Tryptophan, Dalkon Shield, MER/29, and diet pills. He has been on the faculty of Harvard Law School and has lectured at many other law schools. He was a visiting scholar at the RAND Institute and Stanford Law School. He has been an advisor on two ALI restatements. He is the author of Mass Tort Litigation, published by WestGroup and updated annually, as well as many articles. He was co-chair of the Ephedra and PPA ATLA Litigation Groups and was a chair of many previous groups. He is former National Secretary of ATLA.
