Biography
Brent Waters, D.Phil., is the director of the Center for Ethics and Values at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston IL, and Assistant Professor of Christian Social Ethics. His principal research interests are in the areas of Christian social and political thought, bioethics, and the relationship among theology, science, and technology. Recent Publications include, Reproductive Technology: Towards a Theology of Procreative Stewardship (2001), and Pastoral Genetics: Theology and Care at the Beginning of Life (1996, co-authored with Ronald Cole-Turner).
