The 2009 Forum will be held 30 April and 1 May, 2009, once again at the International Trade Center.

Advance Registration is now closed; on site registration begins 7:30 AM 8 May at the International Trade Center.

To qualify for reduced rates:

Members are required to indicate their membership number.
Non-profit rates apply only to employees of government, academic, and non-profit organizations.
Student rates apply only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students. Students are required to indicate their institution's name.
Retired/emeritus members are required to indicate their birth year/retirement year.

On-site and late registration rates will be higher.
