Congressional Action on R&D in the FY 2003 Budget

This report is the comprehensive AAAS analysis of R&D in final FY 2003 appropriations, including an analysis of historical trends, the past year's budget process, agency highlights, noteworthy trends in FY 2003 R&D, and a complete set of agency funding tables.
