- The AAAS Center
for Science, Technology and Congress provides timely, objective
information to Congress on current science and technology issues. The
Center publishes a newsletter, Science & Technology in Congress,
which keeps Congress and the science and engineering community informed
of science and technology policy issues in Congress. The latest edition
of the newsletter is now on-line at the link below:

- The AAAS Center
for Science, Technology, and Congress also issues policy briefs
on important science policy topics, drafts AAAS position papers on current
science policy issues, and provides policy-relevant scientific information
to policymakers.
- The AAAS Directorate for Science
and Policy Programs, the home of this R&D Budget and Policy
Program, is involved in numerous policy-related programs including scientific
responsibility and freedom, scientific ethics, science and human rights,
research competitiveness, dialogues between science and religion, and
fellowships for scientists and engineers.
- The AAAS-published journal Science
offers weekly coverage of science around the world, including science
policy-related issues.
