On behalf of Ray Fowler, I am pleased to inform you that the Council of Representatives of the American Psychological Association enthusiastically endorsed the AAAS resolution, The Universality of Science and Freedom in the Conduct of Science. The Council vote occurred at the 107 th Annual Convention of APA in Boston, MA on Sunday, August 22, 1999.
