Visitors entrance
AAAS Visitor's Entrance | AAAS
All visitors should enter through the door at the corner of 12th St. NW and H St. NW.
If you are meeting with an employee, please check-in with security. They will need to see an I.D. so that they can provide you with a temporary badge, then they will call your contact to come and meet you.
If you are attending an event in one of our 2nd floor conference rooms or the auditorium, you do not need to check in at the security desk. Once you come in the 12th and H St. entrance, take a right and go past the elevator bank and the AAAS Art Gallery. Continue until you see a flight of stairs on your left, which you can take to the second floor. The conference rooms are at the top of the stairs. Please speak with the security officer if you need elevator access.
Accessibility: The entrances to the AAAS headquarters provide access to the building for people with disabilities. Elevator service is also available to every floor. If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact the AAAS Building Management Office at 202-326-6419 or speak with the security guard when you arrive.
