AAAS and Giant Screen Films invite you take part in a thrilling underwater journey. Using unprecedented 3D cinematography to bring the world's coral reefs to life, The Last Reef explores our connection with the communities beneath the sea, revealing a habitat more diverse and more colorful than ever imagined. Travel to Palau, the Bahamas, Cancun, and French Polynesia to visit these inspiring ancient and exotic havens—and consider what it would mean if one of these wonderlands were to become the last reef.

Directors Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas, the Academy Award®-nominated creators of the international sensation STOMP and the award-winning Wild Ocean, will join us for a discussion following the film.
