In2010, Secretary of State Clinton declared internet freedom acornerstone of US foreign policy. Since then, the idea that humanrights apply online - the Freedom to Connect - has gained momentum butalso generated controversy. Join us for a discussion with AssistantSecretary of State Michael Posner, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rightsand Labor, the US government's lead human rights official, about theintersections between digital technology and human rights.
