AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellows are on the front line of vital issues impacting society. Scientists and engineers are highly sought by the federal government. Alumni fellows leverage their experience to pursue meaningful careers in all sectors.

The Science & Technology Policy Fellowships (STPF) are the premier opportunity for outstanding scientists and engineers to learn first-hand about policymaking while contributing their STEM mindset to American government. The application season for the 2019-20 fellowship year opens on August 1. STPF is hosting a series of live chats with current and alumni fellows in various disciplines and career stages as an opportunity to connect directly with fellows, hear about their experiences and ask questions.
