With support and funding from the National Science Foundation, AAAS awarded four female faculty and researchers in STEM from Minority-Serving Institutions, to attend the Gender Summit 7 (GS7) in Germany, early November 2015. AAAS delegates to GS7 will travel for one week to Germany, to network and meet potential collaborators in STEM. Their goal is to find foreign researchers and institutions, interested in engaging in international collaborations.
The delegates come from institutions located throughout United States and from diverse research areas (mechanical engineering, biophysics, environmental chemistry and mathematics).
