The STPF family is deeply saddened by the passing on June 22 of oceanographer and developmental ecologist Diane Adams, 2012-13 Executive Branch Fellow at the Agency for International Development. As a fellow, Adams worked on a research program connecting forest cover and biodiversity to human health. Her most recent post was as an assistant professor at Rutgers University. She was an active alumna who contributed to the fellows’ Sci on the Fly blog and served as an application reader. Read more about her on the Rutgers website.
