Upcoming Changes to the Science Website

AAAS is excited to share a few of the new features you will see with the Science website redesign scheduled for Tuesday, August 31st. The new design will provide you with an overall better experience. Here are a few highlights:

  • Sciencemag.org will change to science.org, a more mobile-friendly site.
  • A new Global Homepage will provide a sampling of all the content we have to offer. This means you can scan the homepage swiftly and explore the range of recent content we’ve published in all our journals, as well as latest News, Podcasts, Video, and more.
  • You will have easier navigation thanks to a new menu on the far left that will appear on every page and serves as a site map which takes you anywhere you want to go on the site.
  • The new site will streamline your Folders into one central Bookmark folder. Don’t worry, all your previously saved files will be retained in one place for ease of access.
  • When reading a paper you will be able to zoom, download, share images and more with the new Figure viewer: one of the new features within a paper.
