As part of the Systems & Operations team, Dale manages the mission-critical technologies that support the business processes of the STPF program. These include data management, Salesforce, the help desk, and the online application. He also conducts business systems analysis and design, staff training on systems, and strategic technology planning.
Dale has more than eight years of experience working with social service nonprofits that rely on Salesforce. After two years as the CRM Director for the Salvation Army Central Territory, he moved to Virginia to work as a consultant.
Dale holds Salesforce system administrator and nonprofit cloud consultant certifications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from National Louis University and is retired from the United States Army. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cycling and attending his granddaughter’s soccer games.
