Hasna Soulhi Ross
Hasna Soulhi Ross serves as the Senior Program Associate in the Center for Advancing Science & Engineering Capacity of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). She serves as the program coordinator for “Mentoring Women in International Research Collaborations in STEM (MWIRC)" program and works on the “AAAS-Lemelson Invention Ambassadors program." The two programs aim at different yet converging goals, that highlight the important role of invention, innovation and collaborative research in STEM, for solving global challenges.
Prior to joining AAAS, Soulhi Ross served in positions abroad in diplomacy, academia, public sector and NGOs. She led initiatives for integrating technology in projects targeting issues related to education, youth and diversity. Soulhi Ross managed a grant portfolio for Public Diplomacy at U.S. Embassy in France, and served as project manager for programs in international development.
Soulhi Ross holds a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University, and a Bachelor degree in Information Sciences from “l’Ecole des Sciences de l’Information” in Morocco.
