Bio
I am a neurosurgery resident physician at Stanford University Medical Center currently. Previously, I did research in brain tumor immunology and outcomes as a medical student at Johns Hopkins University, and I graduated from Brown University with degrees in Neuroscience and English Literature. I have written for multiple campus-based and institutional newspapers and blogs about the latest medical research breakthroughs and personal reflections about my role in healthcare. From a young age, I've always had dual passions for science and the humanities, and I am extremely excited to write for NPR through the AAAS Mass Media Science and Engineering Fellowship this summer.
