Office of Government Relations

The Office of Government Relations (OGR) helps fulfill the AAAS mission to advance science and serve society. OGR advocates for the fundamental importance of scientific research and a strong research enterprise; advocates for the use of science in policymaking; serves as a resource on science policy and research budgets; connects scientists to the policymaking process at the national and local level; and builds new champions for science through education and engagement.
