The Climate Judiciary Project was a partnership between the Environmental Law Institute (ELI) and AAAS, with the Federal Judicial Center. In April 2019, ELI and AAAS began a pilot program of judicial education that aimed to meet judges’ need for a basic familiarity with current climate science to keep pace with the climate issues emerging in civil, regulatory, and criminal litigation.
ELI continues the Climate Judiciary Project. More information can be found on their website.
