Peer Review

RCP manages the external peer review of proposals for organizations directly investing in research and development across a wide spectrum of topics related to S&T research, innovation, and commercialization. RCP has assembled and maintained an active network of thousands of experts in various fields of science, engineering, science policy and innovation, with experts from basic science to product development, technology transfer, and business management and entrepreneurship. When the expertise required for a proposal is not adequately represented in this network, RCP staff members are highly experienced in recruiting new reviewers and have extensive contacts that quickly refer us to the appropriate people.  In addition, RCP provides support to clients during the design of an external review process to ensure that the outcome meets the client’s needs.
